Cecelia Coulter, 67, of Milford, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2022. She was born on October 29, 1954, in Seward, Nebraska to Richard Clark and Valerie Snyder. Cecelia enjoyed time with her children, traveling to the casino, and riding horses in her earlier years.
Cecelia is survived by her daughter, Cecily Coulter; sons, Noah Coulter, Simon Coulter; grandchildren; Lilly, Ethan, Eli, Serenity; siblings, Nanette, Jean, Pauline, Paul, Jimmy; daughter-in-law, Leslie Jacobe.
She was preceded in death by parents, Richard Clark, Valerie Williams; sons; Edward Clark, Joshua Coulter; siblings, Cindy Edwards, Earnestine Barret, Janice Decker, Richard Clark.
